DYP Center Pivot Irrigation System

The DYP Center Pivot Irrigation System is also known as a pivot irrigation system or circular irrigation system.It operates by rotating around a fixed central pivot, covering a defined irrigation area based on its radius.The upper section connects a rotating mechanism (slip ring assembly) with a rotating elbow pipe.
Water is distributed to crops through the sprinkler system mounted on the truss structure.

Structural Features

The core structure is manufactured using hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, angle steel, steel plates, and round steel.The central pivot is firmly fixed on a concrete base, which effectively counteracts the forces generated when the machine operates on uneven terrain. This allows the water supply pipeline to rotate smoothly and clockwise in a full circle around the pivot, irrigating the entire circular field.

Application     This center pivot irrigation system is ideal for large square, circular and open farmlands.
