Equipment Description

The dual vertical auger fertilizer spreader is a tractor-powered agricultural machine designed to spread and return livestock manure, fermented organic fertilizer, and barnyard manure (including compost) back to the field.

     Main Components
     Consists of traction frame, hopper, hydraulic system, feed mechanism and spreading system.

     Working Principle

     The feed system is powered by a hydraulic motor driven by the tractor’s hydraulic output. The feeding mechanism moves the entire batch of fertilizer backward uniformly.The spreading system is driven by the tractor’s PTO (Power Take-Off). A triple gearbox drives the auger to break up the fertilizer, while two spreading discs work with the auger to distribute the fertilizer evenly over a wide area.

Two spreading units are available: dual vertical auger type and dual vertical pendulum type. The spreading unit can be changed according to different operation modes and field conditions.
